Yes they have said they will replace it, but when I email them they tell me a voucher for the replacement will be issued "soon." We haven't had a cargo bike for the past seven months.

Hello from Westport, County Mayo, on the west coast of Ireland. I'd love to post a photo of our Babboe e-City cargo bike, but it was recalled last June and we still haven't received a replacement! :cry: Hopefully we'll have a replacement cargo bike soon. 🤞 (Not happy about the delay though.)
