Bosch Powered E-Cargo Shops in the Midwest

There are several shops in the US that can ship you an e-cargo bike after purchase, but I figured it might be helpful to add a list of bike shops in each region where you could go and see them physically in person. I'll just add the few I'm aware of for a few company offerings.

Feel free to add to this if you know of more.

Indianapolis IN - Bicycle Garage Indy They carry Tern, but aren't good about advertising them yet.
Carmel IN - Future Velo, Urban Arrow, Gazelle, R&M, Benno
Chicago IL - JC Lind Bike Co, Riese & Muller, Tern, Urban Arrow.
Madison WI - The Cargo Bike Shop, R&M, Tern, Urban Arrow

There are a number of bike shops in the Greater Cincinnati area selling e-bikes but here are the two I' m most familiar with (I bought my latest bike, a Tern Quick Haul, at Jim's):
