Hi everyone, I became cargobike curious in 2020 when Covid hit and my wife and I had our first child. Working from home and having a non-kid friendly vehicle made me curious if there was a better way. I can't remember exactly how I learned about Bakfiets, but I do remember seeing there was a shop nearby that sold them (Bike Shop Girl)! So after testing an Urban Arrow Family from Arleigh's shop, I was immediately hooked. I sold my non-kid friendly car (2001 Jeep Wrangler) and used all of the proceeds to buy the Urban Arrow. It has provided us with miles (~5k) of enjoyment as we bike to playgrounds, get groceries, school pickup/dropoff, the zoo & museums, and pickup our Christmas tree every year. The Urban Arrow was the gateway cargobike to also getting a Cero One (unfortunately now defunct) which has also been a great cargobike for a single kid carrier with lots of space for extras.
