I'd like to see different types bike infrastructure that you have experienced in Australia, that you might think are good examples to roll out in other areas. I like to advocate for upgraded bike infrastructure in my local council, especially as there are a lot of level crossing removals happening at the moment. It's nice to have local examples to show and explain what is great about it.
I also just happened to do a YouTube video on the new Queens Avenue bike path. I think all the stars aligned on this project and came up with a decent solution for riders, drivers and residents. It could be used as an example in other areas where there needs to be an upgrade from on-road (or no) bike lanes, decent nature strip width and minimal driveways. Examples in my area are Park Rd and Reserve Rd, Cheltenham.
