Hello from Portland, I recently bought a Tern NBD and am in the process of making it my entire personality 
We're going car-light and it turns out there's very little for which I need a car, although having good riding clothes makes a huge difference.
I tried an HSD first, but the extra length meant I had trouble getting it down while it was standing on its end. So I switched to the smaller NBD. I don't see many on this forum, is that because it's smaller and maybe more of a city bike and not a true cargo bike? At any rate, it carries all the cargo I need.
