Hey, reporting in for Durham, NC. I’ve been here for a year and a half. My husband and I have one car, since he requires one for his work, and I commute/do errands by bike.

I don’t know if my bike qualifies as a “true cargo bike”, but I have a Tern Vektron S10, which is a foldable e-bike. I’ve really liked it and it has suited me well, particularly since I was able to fold it up and store it in a closet at my old apartment. Space was a premium and safe bike storage hard to come by.

Love the movement and I always love looking at what cargo bikes are out there to dream for what my next one to come is. I would love to get another one so my husband and I can get around together easier, but he’s much more hesitant to biking around the area. Hoping to see the infrastructure here continue to improve so we feel safer riding around town for everyday activities.

Welcome! FWIW, I'm a true believer that the main thing that makes a bike a 'cargobike' is the attitude of the rider and a willingness to make it work for your hauling situation. Looks like you've nailed that.
