I need replacement parts for my Urban Arrow - was hit by a driver. Urban Arrow US through my bike shop says they will not provide parts. Seems really bad to provide no opportunities for repair. Anyone here insights or experience - or success in sourcing replacement parts for their bike? I need front rim, fork and fender.

I wonder if they are concerned about liability? Who is to say that the rest of the bike is still safe? I would contact UA directly.

Have you checked with an Urban Arrow dealer, see if they can order the parts for you?

Yeah, as indicated I contacted UA via my bike shop before I posted, but UA told them they could not provide parts - with concern about liability states as the excuse. Think about the implications of this, according to UA USA, if the 7 - 8k bike they sell you gets damaged in a collision - you're on your own, good luck getting it repaired. In contrast, UA in the Netherlands can provide a list of parts needed when you input a serial number - as you would expect for a high end bike. Was able to find a third party dealer who is able to source the parts and ship.

As a previous UA dealer, this is very odd. I replaced wheels, and a whole steering unit once after damage. I would recommend contacting Perennial Cycle in Minneapolis. They are a great UA dealer, and also can source small parts easily

I'm very interested in this thread as well. It seems extremely odd for UA to not offer proper support here. I hope you get what you need to fix the bike, but if there's a gap in proper support from Urban Arrow, I'd like to know to spread the word about it.

We’re happy to help, but it sounds like you already have replacement parts on the way. Have your bike checked by a professional mechanic familiar with Urban Arrows. They can ensure everything is properly set up and catch any potential issues early.
