I am used to Schwalbe IceSpikers on a hardtail MTB. I am trying to ride a Tern GSD with Schwalbe Marathon Winter Pro this winter, and finding that the combo of smaller wheel plus relatively smooth tread of the Marathons means I have to duckwalk the bike through the plowberg at intersections. I have an iffy lower back, so this is difficult for me.
I'd love something studded with big knobby tread blocks, and gaps between tread blocks big enough to let the clumps of snow fall away. Something like IceSpiker or Nokian Gazza Winter Extreme in 20" size would be helpful.
