Urban Arrow Cargo L in the US?

I’m trying to figure out if it’s possible to get an Urban Arrow Cargo L flatbed in the US.

The upright Dutch riding position is the best for me (I have wrist issues) and UA is the only company w that style in the US. (Both R&M and Bullit are too forward-leaning.)

Is the UA Family the same bike just with a box?

The whole front section is different. The Family doesn't have the "spine with outriggers" for mounting, it has a rectangular frame that is the part under the EPP box. And it doesn't have front suspension (only the Family Next).
