    Grocery Hauls

Thanks 😁 that's what I was aiming for. It used to be a very dull colour...

Secondary cargo bike decision for 3 kids

I've heard of people getting 3 on the back of a tern GSD, but it's not rated for it and would probably a bit uncomfortable if done regularly. I've taken the tern on trains in the UK before where it's very tight on space and still managed it ok. I've seen https://bike43.com/ but I've not seen...

    Best Aftermarket Double Kickstand?

I can't do much of a comparison since it's the only one I've used but the Hebie Bipod has been good for me so far https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/accessories/hebie-bipod-steel-centre-stand-0605-hbp1-black/

    Sheffield?

It wasn't the easiest, but it wasn't impossible. Had to tail - stand it in every lift, and lift it onto the trains, so it was quite a workout. I'm hoping to do it again this year, just waiting to hear if and when it's on!

The Tern Orox Review: an Ad-hoc adventure.

.... can you do a wheelie on it? (I might have tried on the GSD once. I did not succeed)

    Cover recommendations?

I use a yardstash XL for my GSD. It covers the whole bike apart from the front rack if I have that fitted. I used the same on my normal bike for outside storage for about 3 years as well. No holes so far, it keeps the stuff under it dry ok. You can clip it so it doesn't blow away. Only gripe is...

    Grocery Hauls

Did the click and collect once so far with the cargo bike. Will probably do it again, but I've shifted to doing smaller more frequent trips to a nearer shop with the normal bike lately. Second that recommendation for a double kickstand. Very handy.

The main attraction of the cargo bike for me is: Cargo! Racks and panniers can only get you so far; if you've 2 kids to haul, or a full weeks shopping click and collect to pick up, or a shelf from the local furniture recycle, cargo bike makes this a whole lot easier. I see some real crazy...

    Sheffield?

Hi, I'm not Sheffield but Leeds so not so far away. Here's the time we shoved our GSD into a train cupboard to get to Sheffield kidical mass:

    Hi from Leeds, UK

Hi, I'm in a village west of Leeds in the UK. I've 2 kids and I got a cargo bike last year to haul them to weekend activities while mum is working (and using the family car) I'm hoping to chat to others in the local area, maybe even meet up for a group ride.
