Bosch lock ring issues.

I'm having issues with my Tern Orox s12, the front chainring spider keeps clicking, I have to take it off, grease and replace it, then 500mile down the road it will click again.
The more pressing issue is that twice now the threads have pulled through and left me stranded. Apparently the new part number is
EB11.200.0JH
But I can't find a UK supplier, anyone know of a decent European site selling them?
I've ordered one through my dealer but would like to get a little stockpile as they seem to be single use only on this bike.

Any tips on how to stop this clicking noise after 500miles would be good too. I've tried it clean and bare, I've tried grease, I've even tried blue locktight but it still returns after a while.

Okay, so a general update on this issue, I thought the threads had pulled through like they did the first time but when I got chance to strip it down, the lock ring had actually just undone this time. Funny seeing as this was the time I applied the most torque to the nut‽
Anyway, I removed everything, cleaned it up and replaced. Torqued to 30nm, rode the bike no more than 100m and re-torqued the nut. It moved maybe another 1/8 turn...
I then rode about 45km the next day and rechecked the lock nut and it didn't budge.
I'm thinking now that the spider isn't seating properly on the first tighten and this might be the source of all my issues. Hopefully now I won't have another issue but I'll keep this post updated if I do.
