Relocate headlight?

We have a GSD gen1. When we wear a rain cape (like Peoples Poncho), it works best to let it flop over the top of the handlebars and hang down. But we can't do that with the GSD headlight, as it would hang down in front of the headlight and block it. It's possible to have the poncho hang down in front of hands, but then hang down behind the handlebar... but it takes some posititioning at every stop.

Also, I put a reusable shopping bag in the Transporteur rack, and it blocks the lower half of the headlight output.

I was wondering if anyone had relocated the headlight, such as under the Transporteur rack.

I have heard of a few people doing this, and I would also like to move my light below the rack. I usually have a crate and a few backpacks that block the light or create a shadow on the road making it hard to see. The light on the handlebars also is very blinding to pedestrians because it is clos to eye level.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort! Das mit dem TL2 Pro hat sich aber wohl erledigt. Ich will nicht einfach nur ein helleres Licht, es soll vor allem nach unten wandern. Es nervt mich tierisch, dass ich auf dem Transporteur Rack keine hohen Sachen mitnehmen kann, weil sonst das Licht verdeckt wird...

We had the headlight replaced and relocated shortly after getting the HSD. Any *good* Bosch certified shop should be able to do this. Our local cargo bike shop made easy work of it and it wasn't too expensive to do so. We had it mounted below the rack, which you'll see in the two photos. Sorry I didn't get better, more detailed photos for you, but I'm in a bit of a hurry and these were the first ones I could find that sort of showed what we did.
