Since I'm not close to any dealers, I need a parts list (even better- labeled diagram) so I know what to order through Gazelle.

2019 UA Family

I believe these are the two sections you need, but a good Gazelle/Urban Arrow dealer has a dealer login to see specific details too!

I was sent this...but no idea how this will help me getting part numbers. I think I'm wanting:
A4-10, 16
B5, 6
D11-15

Hi don't know if this helps been in the automotive parts game for 40 years, normally parts catalogues have two sections the schematic diagram which you have and also a listing of part numbers against the reference number on the diagram. It would appear that you are missing this second section where the actual part numbers are listed.
Hope this helps

UA didn't seem to want to provide that.

Keep on at them don't know the legalities in the US, but in the UK you have a right of repair and over here you are obliged to supply information to facilitate said repair. Company's don't like it because the throwaway culture benefits them.

A 2019 should be steering on the RIGHT side, not the left. Is that correct? The diagram they sent you is for the newer frame style. See below for clarification.

Are you based in North America? If so, here is their service contact:
Email: service.na@urbanarrow.com
Phone number (same as Gazelle): 1-800-838-5388 x 2

11 days later they reply "Yes, that's a left hand diagram." Then they didn't bother attaching a right hand diagram!? I emailed back to ask for it, but also went on their corporate site to submit a request for someone to contact me.

I gave Hunter a heads up that you might be reaching out.
If you want to text Perennial: ‪(612) 568-7372‬
Let them you know you're reaching out for Hunter. Feel free to add a pic of the issue if you think it would help him.

Sorry Luke - didn't see this til just now. You guys have always been so helpful ordering parts! Since I'm trying to get pricing on so much I was hoping to get a parts list first, before bothering you or any other shop. I can try calling Hunter tomorrow afternoon and explain what I'm trying to do, though.
